Causes
F-Secure
F-Secure firewall devices & drivers still present after uninstalling F-Secure. Use this technique to show hidden devices in Windows Device Manager. Uninstall any F-Secure entry under <code>Non Plug and Play drivers</code>. Note that some of the F-Secure device entries begin with <code>FS</code>. Also, the <code>FSFW</code> entry may not be removable. Instead, disable the <code>FSFW</code> driver.
