Problem paying for an eBay item using PayPal
Problem Description
When trying to pay someone using PayPal for an item won on eBay, the following message appears, and clicking the Pay button doesn't send money to the seller:
Your account information has changed. Either you clicked "Send Money" more than once but the original transfer was already made, or you just received money. To check, please view your account History and make sure you want to perform this transaction.
Resolution
Clear cookies in your browser. Log into eBay. Go to My eBay, click on the Pay Now button for the item that you're having trouble paying for, and when you get to PayPal to pay, the problem should be gone.
